Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. From the moment you place your order, we allow up to 5 business days for delivery. We are not liable for any delays caused by the post office or shipping company. If we are informed of a delay, we will notify customers via email.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return the package.

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is still in its original condition, with all labels and tags intact, and shows no signs of use.

To return an item, please contact us by email and follow the instructions below for returning the product.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you want to return a tracksuit, both items of the set must be returned together.
• LOUNGE SETS CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS!
• Limited edition items must be returned within 14 days from the date of order.

Returns sent to a different address will not be processed.

Make sure your package has a tracking number, as you are responsible as the sender, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
